Medical Wellness Visit

During our wellness visit appointment, Dr. Eguchi will address your chronic medical condition and preventive care concerns. Appointment duration ranges from 30 to 60 minutes; the patient and physician usually do not have to worry about time constraints. Because no insurance approval is involved, we can offer patient-centered care with true collaboration between patient and clinician.
